Mission
At EqualPlay, we believe that sports are more than games. They are pathways to community, confidence, and opportunity. Yet for too many children, access is blocked by financial, social, or geographic barriers. Our mission is to level that playing field. Through EqualPlay Kits, we deliver specialized equipment to kids who need it most. Through our StoryLab, we collect and share the voices of everyone shaping sports communities to shed light on hidden challenges and inspire change. And through our Access Map, we chart facilities and communities, giving families and policymakers the tools to act, also informing youths where they can play. By combining resources, storytelling, and data, EqualPlay is committed to ensuring that every child, no matter their background, has the chance to play, grow, and belong.

EqualPlay envisions a future where every child, regardless of background, has equal access to the joy and opportunity of sports. We see a world in which barriers of cost, geography, and inequality no longer determine who gets to play. By building systems of support through equipment, storytelling, and data-driven mapping, we aim to transform sports into a universally accessible platform for growth and connection. Our vision is a global community where play is a right, not a privilege.
